100% refund (minus the credit card fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. A 3% credit card fee is subtracted as we must pay that on all initial charges. (100%-3%= 97% total refund)
50% refund (minus the credit card fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
