We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The bunk beds with the personal tvs were perfect for our kids, they absolutely loved them. The pool was also awesome and a big highlight for our family. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would definitely come back!

We’ve now stayed at Jay and Jennifer’s cabin twice in the past two years - and plan to visit again soon! It’s a wonderful retreat with excellent amenities and a peaceful, scenic setting.

Jennifer was amazing! She was so quick to respond and so nice! The house was amazing! We loved it and cannot wait to go back! Everything was so clean and beautiful! Only thing I would recommend is to bring a portable shower head if you have kids!

This was one of the nicest AirBnb’s we’ve stayed at. The host checked in several times during our stay. It was so clean and the amenities were great. I really appreciated all of the safety measures for the pool - it eased my mind a lot staying with our children. We will definitely book again next time we come to TN!

Jennifer and Jay’s place was wonderful. Very close to the strip and all of the attractions. Easy to find and in a quiet area. We had more than enough space. The pool and jacuzzi was the best for the teenagers they really enjoyed after a long day. Thank you again for being our host

Three different families stayed here and we all loved it!! What really made this house stand out is how well equipped they are and how they trylu are meant for families. We were surprised to find a griddle and all the nesecities that is needed to cook a well homemade meal. A blender is rare to find and they have it as well. They even had garbage bags, coffee pods & seasonings! We also enjoyed using their beach chairs and beach toys! The area is perfect if you want to relax and be peaceful . There is a few restaurants down the street. Sassy Bass has all you can eat snow crab legs bewteen 2-4pm with a couple dollar general about 3-5 miles down. All the restaurants, bigger grocery stores and things to do are a 20-30 minute drive but we didn't mind the drive! Again, highly recommended for a family. Oh and I left my Ipad and Ms. Jennifer was quick to reach out to cleaners so I could have it shipped to me. Thank you Jennifer & Jay for allowing us to stay and quick responses.

Our family had the most incredible experience at the Beech Mountain Lane cabin! It was exceptionally clean and full of entertainment for all ages. The commute into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were short and full of authentic Tenneessee landscapes. Our host was very attentive to our satisfation of the property. We will definitely be back to this property in the near future!

We loved Jennifer and Jay’s home. We had plenty of space for our family to play and relax. The views were great and the walk to the beach was so close. We could hear the waves crashing. The beach closet with beach chairs, beach wagons and sand toys was especially handy. We would definitely recommend this home.

My family and I had the most incredible stay at Jennifer & Jay’s cabin in Gatlinburg, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. The pool and hot tub were hands down some of our favorite features. The private pool was such a fun bonus! Perfect for both relaxing swims and just enjoying time together with our kids. It felt like having our own little resort tucked into the mountains. Everything was spotless and clearly well maintained! The hot tub was the ultimate way to end each busy day. One thing that really stood out was how exceptionally clean the cabin was. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The linens were fresh, the floors were pristine, and every space felt cared for. It’s clear Jennifer & Jay take tremendous pride in their property. The cabin itself was beautifully decorated , cozy but spacious, rustic yet modern!
